If Only That Were True

"I know that to you, with your enlightenment, it appears that they are making a great mistake in worshiping me and believing that my blood saves them. Yet, you must understand, that while they make such mistakes, yet they are receiving the Divine Love and that it is working to Redeem them from their sins and evil lives."

If only that were true it would certainly be divine, but only for those who worshiped Jesus, but what of those that didn't? Well I say in my belief they too shall rise again in the loving spirit, we all will, we haven't much of a choice but to go along with the flux of Life... To call oneself Jesus is, or seems to be a tall order, but I beg to differ, for if Jesus was a man, as you say, and I do agree, then that places us inside of the massive reflection of Jesus' belief (among others) and not his reality... We better reconsider our beliefs and paint them upon our reality! Rejoice and paint! For the Love of God, paint! Art of Love, art of forgiveness, art of laughter, art of Life, paint, paint, paint!

That in quotes above from 1915, is lovely writing, my friend, just not your own belief.

Love, peace and goodness to you, yours and the (H)eartH...

I have been witness to the four pillars and see no reason to carry death there. Doesn’t the world know that life moves for more than just the sons of Abraham? O! I see the stunned throats floating by in the dusk to their stiff-limbed sleep as metal rains down over the Jordan’s western prophet, children dying there. I am here, waiting, breathing in the dusk under the shadow of the patriarch, asking, can we again build the shrine inside the soul and leave our flesh to time? © 2008 mrp/thepoetryman

That’s the human song, the truth rolling out exactly when it should.      (If a truth is told and nobody is around to hear it, does it make a sound only to the one that spoke it?)    Yes, but our ears aren’t strong enough to hear it.     [a perplexed silence] © 2017 Mark Richard Prime
