...devaluation of the spirit, it's an economic model with so many levels that marginalize and disenfranchise the black population, or any minority population belonging to the whole. I don't advocate giving another money as suture, I say we speak of this economic disparity along with all the other factors and not readily ignore the causes of despair on this continent.
