Voting is the dinosaur.  We keep doing the same thing every (s)election cycle, and, with 24/7 "news", an election cycle is 364 days longer than a politician can keep his or her "promises". And, yes, Trump is a politician worth 15 billion. But if Trump is (s)elected to be the next "puppet" to continue to divide us, "politically correct" or not, pun intended, then nothing changes, save for the letter (D or R (and/or I) associated with the "puppet".  We the People, brothers and sisters all, are being divided by those who continue to pull the strings as we imagine our (s)electoral process makes even a smidgen of an actual difference as to "who" or "what" is  the next marionette in chief...  Let's put an end to this destructive cycle and our willful participation in our own enslavement by those that profit greatly from our divisions and our ignorance before We the People become extinct... © 2015 Mark ...

One doesn't have to vote in order to do the right thing, as a matter of fact, voting has nothing to do with doing the right thing, voting is a choice of something, so is abstention. Which one gets results? Neither if they are not directed toward the center of the deceptive practice of politics. What do I suggest we do? Be kind, for starters. Easier said than done when all are complicit, but be kind, love your fellow man, cherish life and Home. And that just as an appetizer, the rest to follow will be the miracle unfolding from our collective story... (This is important- Springtime is a few moons away from resurrection.) I say voting has become a voiceless shell of itself in this atmosphere of the majority of we the people not voting. Perhaps just like these votes I've seen in congress where, despite a majority voting FOR the measure, it is struck down because a specific % wasn't reached in order for the measure to be recognized. Talk about a vote that doesn't count... Since the majority are indeed supposed to rule, then the vote of no confidence has already been rendered. How many times now has it been rendered without even so much as an understanding of this fact from those that were "not elected" by the majority? And the results of our most recent election? Did they satisfy the majority of people? No. Why? No confidence. Did it satisfy the majority of voters? Yes, but who were these voters? The minority. When enough of us understand this fact, we will begin to rid ourselves of a system that is failing and then form a new, more vibrant collective of thought, a collective ...

Seems that voting better begin to make a difference or it needs be ratified by abstention, trust me, brothers and sisters, then the changes we so desperately need can be achieved without questioning who is best suited to lead! © 2014 Mark Richard Prime

I sense the medicine is in Heaven, it better be, it's what brought me to it. Funny how that has worked out, the medicine, legal and all... (It's legal?) How could it not be? THC is in our bodies naturally and so is DMT, among many other natural medicines growing on God's (H)eartH. Therefore they cannot be made illegal by anyone or for any reason. Unless all decided to do so. The message would be so much stronger and immediate. I do understand the idea of voting, I just think it may have outlived its use. Then how do we govern ourselves? Certainly not by surrendering. Certainly not by being apathetic, there's enough of that with the damn vote! Then it is Revolution we seek... Yes. It sounds more round, as if it is nearing a much needed change from "politics" as usual. If a statement can be made by "voting", it stands to reason that "abstention from voting" is as equally powerful, just the flip-side, but it requires the collective to understand that by "abstaining", by not voting, that they indeed are "voting"... Why need we vote when the results are always the same, deeper in debt and a little bit bolder in our warring. Let it go, this guilt ridden creature we've become. Be a loving steward without belief in Hell. Vote your conscience by not voting.
