HURRICANED
The wind howled over our din
The water poured out its wrath
The smallness of bones wrapped in skin
Witnessed our fleeing its path
The storm ends, noise again rises
You are loved!
Now swim your freedom,
Your escape breathes a new path.
WITH TEETH
This toxic age
Lunges for freedom
Bearing teeth
An indiscriminate rage
What is to come
If we don't embrace Peace?
The wind howled over our din
The water poured out its wrath
The smallness of bones wrapped in skin
Witnessed our fleeing its path
The storm ends, noise again rises
You are loved!
Now swim your freedom,
Your escape breathes a new path.
WITH TEETH
This toxic age
Lunges for freedom
Bearing teeth
An indiscriminate rage
What is to come
If we don't embrace Peace?
